Truck Caps Front Rail Seal XL 5 1/2 EPDM Rubber

The Extruded Solutions (ESI) Front Rail Seal measures 1" width x 1.125" height and fills a height gap ranging from .488" to 1" between the truck's side bed rails (including any bed rail caps) and the front bed rail. To determine if you need this seal, simply measure the difference in height between these two points.

If the height of the gap is between .251" and .487", then the Front Rail Seal (ASIN: B00C0WVV72) should be installed. However, if the gap is .250" or less, you can simply install one of ESI's high-quality EPDM rubber truck cap seals on all three rails (front and side base rails). The available options include the 1 1/2" wide Super Cap Seal in 23ft (ASIN: B00C7VU9BA) or 20ft (ASIN: B00NCC0SY6) lengths, the 2" wide Premium Cap Seal XL in 23ft (ASIN: B00IPQR63A) or 20ft (ASIN: B00NCCX6C2) lengths, the 2 1/8" wide Super Cap Seal XL in 23ft (ASIN: B00BNGBXOC) or 20ft (ASIN: B00NCCNUJQ) lengths, and the 1 1/2" wide Ultra Cap Seal in 23ft (ASIN: B00MPMBIZW) or 20ft (ASIN: B00NCCDXJ8) lengths.

The Front Rail Seal and truck cap seals adhere using high-quality 3M 4011 acrylic foam tape, and there is no need to replace them every time the cap is removed.

To completely seal out dust and water that may enter through the tailgate gap and sidewalls, ESI recommends installing their patented Ultimate Tailgate Seal with Taper Seal (ASIN: B00IPQWXZQ).
